DANCE
So where's the connection between bodywork healing and dance? Let me explain!
Dance moves us; literally.
Dance might bring up many connotations for people including dread. Use some of this as a blog post...

Dance moves energy. We don't necessarily need to move excessively to get the benefits of dance as the intention to instigate movement creates a conscious action... energy follows thought.
​
All my work follows energy and the process of freeing energy up to move where it needs to. Dance lends itself perfectly to bodywork because of this but it also marries a past love as a girl growing up who always wanted to be in the dance! Use that for blog.

Notes from our big ol paper: " A landing page for workshops that Hannah can offer = plant the seed... An offering for people to booking Hannah instead of them booking a space on an event. Explain how workshops are helpful to explore in a group setting, with people coming together to understand and treat shared problems. This instantly builds community. Also would explain something here about the location of said workshops / you can go to them, them come to you/ hiring venue - maybe best to do an FAQ?
